You cannot print out the PDF and apply.
Until the latest application guidelines are announced, the previous year's guidelines will be distributed.

Please note that materials related to the transfer examination are only available in Japanese.

1. If you are making a request, please affix a 180 yen stamp (510 yen for express mail) to the reply envelope (square size 2).
   *If the postage is insufficient, the requester will be charged.
2. Please write "Yu-Mail" and the recipient's postal code, address, and name on the front of the reply envelope, and your phone number and desired department on the back. Please note that when replying by "Yu-Mail", the envelope will be partially opened.
3. Place the return envelope in the request envelope and write in red next to the address on the front: "Faculty of Agriculture Request for Transfer Application Guidebook", "Faculty of Agriculture Request for Past Transfer Questionnaires", "Faculty of Agriculture Request for Transfer Application Guidebook and Faculty of Agriculture Request for Past Transfer Questionnaires".
