Regarding exemption from examination fees due to disasters such as wind and flood damage (Notice)

In our university, in the case of various entrance examinations (Faculty & Graduate Schools), if a disaster occurs before the entrance examination, the entrance examination fee will be waived for applicants whose main household breadwinner lives in an area covered by the Disaster Relief Act and who have obtained a disaster certificate issued by a local government stating that their home has been completely destroyed, washed away, or partially destroyed.
If you are affected by a disaster before applying, please do not pay the entrance examination fee. Instead, print out the Examination Fee Exemption Application Form from our university's website, fill in the necessary information, attach the Disaster Victim Certificate, and submit it together with your application documents. If you are unable to obtain a Disaster Victim Certificate at the time of application, please pay the examination fee, submit the Examination Fee Exemption Application Form and the Payment Refund Application Form, and submit the Disaster Victim Certificate as soon as it is issued.
If a disaster occurs after you have applied but before the entrance examination is held, please submit an Examination Fee Exemption Application Form and a Fee Refund Application Form together with a Disaster Victim Certificate by the specified deadline.

*For details such as the deadline for submitting the examination fee exemption application form, please contact Admissions Planning Office in advance.
