In principle, at least two months before the start of your research. If you need to obtain a new entry visa, at least three months before.

(Note) In principle, the set of documents including the guidelines will be distributed at the relevant office. For details on sending them by mail, please contact the relevant department.

• Application for admission (format specified by the university)
• Resume (must be in the format specified by our university and include a photo)
• Graduation (or completion) certificate of final education (Note) Copies not accepted
• Transcript of final education (Note) Copies not accepted
• Health certificate (prescribed by the university) (Note) Must have been diagnosed within the last six months

When applying, you will need to submit your application documents along with the examination fee. After receiving your acceptance letter, you will need to pay your admission fee and tuition by the end of the enrollment procedure.
