How to apply for a certificate
If you are a graduate, etc. and need various certificates from the time you attended the university, please apply using one of the following methods.

Regarding types of certificates and number of days required for issuance
The number of days required after receiving the application varies depending on the situation, but it is approximately 2 to 10 days.
(Note 1) Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, summer holidays (mid-August), year-end and New Year holidays, the day of the individual academic ability test and the day before (if the day before is a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday, then the preceding weekday) are excluded from the required number of days.
(Note 2) Even if you apply in person at the counter, same-day issuance is not possible.
How to apply and receive a certificate
A maximum of 10 copies will be accepted per application.
Also, please be sure to fill in the purpose of use and destination for each number of copies issued.
Regarding issuance fees and shipping charges
There is no charge for issuing the certificate, but if you wish to have it returned by mail, please pay the postage fee.

Regarding change of name, name change, etc.
If your name, etc. is different from when you graduated, completed or withdrew, and you wish to be issued with your current name, etc., you will need to change or correct your student register.
When applying for a certificate, please sign and seal the surname change notification, and submit documents that can confirm the fact of the change (excerpt from family register issued within the last 3 months, copy of the notes column on the front and back of a driver's license, or a pension certificate). Please submit it along with the name change section (copy) of your notebook.
If you want to stay as you were when you graduated, No procedure is required, but Documents that link your maiden name and current name to confirm your identity (

How to receive
Pick up at the counter
After receiving notification from the person in charge that the document has been issued, please bring a form of identification issued by a public institution (such as a driver's license, health insurance card, or passport) and come to the counter in charge.

While personal collection is preferred, if a representative comes to collect the item, please bring the following:
